These terms are an agreement between you and aisolutions77 (77 AI SOLUTIONS, SSM registration no. IP0624861-P, [business address], Malaysia). "We", "us" and "our" mean aisolutions77. "You" means the person or business using AnswerSeen. By asking for a free AI check, paying for a plan, or using AnswerSeen, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

1. The service

AnswerSeen asks AI engines, such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, questions that customers ask about businesses like yours. It shows how often your business is named, who is named instead, and suggested fixes. Depending on your plan, it also includes draft pages, a 90-day plan and monthly reports. The pricing page lists what each plan includes. We may improve or change features over time. If a change takes away something important from your plan, we'll tell you first.

2. The free AI check

• One free check per business website. We may decline a request, for example a repeat request or one that looks automated.
• It's free, with no obligation to buy anything.
• You should only ask for a check on a business you own or work for, or one you have permission to ask about.

3. Plans and credits

• Each plan gives you a number of credits each month. One credit is one question asked once to every AI engine we check, or one written draft. A monthly check asks each question 5 times, so one question uses 5 credits a month; Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot are asked once.
• Plan credits reset each month, and unused credits don't carry over. This includes yearly plans, whose credits also arrive every month.
• A monthly check asks each question 5 times, so each question uses 5 credits a month.
• Top-up credits last 3 months from purchase.
• Growth and Pro include up to 10 page audits a month. Page audits use no credits.
• Done-for-you includes everything in Pro for 1 business and up to 10 competitors, plus the work: each month we write and publish up to 3 fixes, correct your business facts on Google and directories, draft review replies, and hold one 30-minute call. Publishing needs the website and Google Business Profile access listed on the Done-for-you page; without it we do what we can without it, and the month still counts. Drafts are published only after you approve them.
• Which AI engines we check may change as engines appear, change or close. We'll keep the plan's value fair when that happens.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars (US$), as shown on the pricing page when you buy. Your bank or card provider may charge its own fee for paying in US dollars. [SST: state whether prices include SST, once confirmed with the accountant.]
• You pay in advance, through the payment link on the pricing page or on our invoice, by card, bank transfer or e-wallet. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Airwallex. Your plan starts when payment arrives.
• We email the next invoice before your month or year ends. If it isn't paid by the due date, your checks pause until it is.
• If we change prices, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period, never part-way through one you've paid for.

5. Cancelling and refunds

• Monthly plans: cancel any time by emailing us. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops.
• Yearly plans: cancelling stops the plan from renewing. It runs to the end of the year you've paid for. We don't refund unused months.
• Done-for-you: billed US$2,397 every 3 months, because AI answers take 2 to 3 months to change. Cancelling stops the plan from renewing, and it runs to the end of the 3 months you've paid for. We don't refund unused months, and if you ask us to stop the work early there is no refund either. If we fail to deliver the monthly fixes, or end the service, we refund the unused part.
• If we end the service, or cancel your plan without you breaking these terms, we'll refund the unused part of what you've paid.
• Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.

6. AI results

• AI engines give different answers to the same question at different times, and they change without notice. That's why we ask each question several times and look at the trend.
• We report what the AI engines said. We don't control what they say, and we can't guarantee that any AI engine will name, rank or recommend your business, or how many customers you'll get.
• Fixes and plans are suggestions based on what we found. Whether and how to act on them is your decision.

7. Drafts and your content

• Drafts are written with AI and may contain mistakes. Some facts are deliberately left for you, marked [NEED DATA: …]. Review and correct every draft before you publish it. You're responsible for what you publish.
• Drafts and reports we make for you are yours to use for your business once your plan is paid. We keep the right to the AnswerSeen software, design and methods.
• You confirm that the facts and materials you give us are accurate, and that you have the right to share them.

8. Fair use

Please don't:

• use AnswerSeen for anything unlawful, or to harm, mislead or harass anyone;
• try to get around credit limits, the one-free-check rule, or our security;
• copy, resell or automate access to AnswerSeen without our written agreement.

If you do, we may pause or end your access. We'll tell you why, and where possible we'll give you a chance to fix it first.

9. Connecting Google

Connecting Google Analytics or Search Console is optional and read-only. When you connect, you agree that aisolutions77 staff may see those numbers in order to prepare your reports. You can disconnect at any time. The privacy policy explains what we read and how we use it.

10. Our responsibility

• We provide AnswerSeen with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, it's provided as it is.
• We aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost customers or lost data, or for outages and changes at AI engines and other services we depend on.
• To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can't be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters for customers, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then, as section 5 describes.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia decide any dispute. Before that, please contact us. Most problems are quicker to fix by email. [Lawyer: check whether customers in Singapore and the Philippines need any change to this section.]
