How AnswerSeen works
AnswerSeen finds the questions your customers really ask, asks AI engines those questions every month, and counts how often your business is named. Then it turns the gaps into 3 fixes a month, in plain words.
How does AnswerSeen find my customers' questions?
AnswerSeen starts from what people really type into Google in the languages your customers use. It takes your business type, adds the words people use when choosing, such as “best”, “price”, “harga” or “推荐”, and collects the questions Google suggests in your country. You can change any of them.
From those, we suggest a shortlist that fits your business and your area, for example klinik gigi dekat Shah Alam, ISO 9001 consultant Singapore cost or dental clinic Makati price. You can remove or add questions at any time.
Which AI engines does AnswerSeen ask, and how often?
Growth and Pro ask every question to 7 AI engines each month: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude 5 times each, because AI rarely gives the same answer twice, and Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot once. The free check and Starter use ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
We ask in the language the question is written in, so a BM question gets a BM answer and a Chinese question a Chinese one. Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode are read as people in your country see them. Microsoft Copilot can't be set to a country, so its answers are the same everywhere.
What counts as being named or quoted?
AnswerSeen looks for two things in every AI answer. Named means the AI mentions your business by name, which is what buyers act on. Quoted means the AI links to your website as a source, which shows it trusts your pages. We track both for your competitors too.
That way you can see who is named instead of you, and for which questions.
How is my AI score worked out?
Your AI score is the number of answers that named you out of all the answers collected that month, for example 9 of 40. Because each question is asked several times, one lucky answer doesn't swing it. The trend compares this month with the last, in percentage points.
AI named you in 9 of 40 answers

Where do my 3 fixes come from?
Each month AnswerSeen ranks what is most likely to move your score and shows the top 3. Fixes come from questions where AI doesn't name you, from the sites AI quotes most for your questions, and from checks of your own pages. When you finish one, press Mark done.
- Questions where AI doesn't name you. The fix: publish a page that answers that exact question.
- The sites AI quotes most for your questions, such as review sites, directories and articles. The fix: get your business mentioned there.
- Your own pages, checked for what makes a page easy for AI to read and quote. The fix: the specific change, such as a missing direct answer, or a page AI bots can't read.
Later checks then show whether the AI answers changed after each fix.
What does Write it for me do?
On Growth and Pro, Write it for me turns a fix into a ready draft page with one press. Growth drafts are in English; on Pro you choose English, Bahasa Malaysia or 中文. Each draft uses 1 credit and marks the facts only you know, like prices, for you to fill in.
Pico laser in Penang: prices and what to expect
A pico laser session at Example Aesthetic Clinic costs [NEED DATA: price per session] and takes about 30 minutes. A doctor checks your skin first, explains how many sessions are usually needed, and goes through aftercare before you leave…
What we need from you: your price per session, and which doctor performs the treatment.
- Researched first: we look up what the web already says on the question, so the draft covers what people want to know.
- Written for the person asking: the answer comes first, in short paragraphs and lists, with an everyday example. It ends with how to book or contact you.
- No made-up facts: anything only you can know, such as prices, is left as a clear gap for you to fill. You get a short list of exactly what we need.
- Ready to publish: you get a web page and a Word file, a suggested page address, and a score showing how quotable the draft is.
What is the 90-day plan?
The 90-day plan arranges your fixes into three 30-day parts, counted from your first full check and renewed every 90 days: let AI in and start counting, make your pages easy to quote, then get other sites to vouch for you. Each part lists who does what.
AI engines can only quote what their bots can read, and you can only improve what you count. Now
AI quotes sentences, not whole pages: each section should open with a short, direct answer.
Most of what AI says about a business comes from reviews, directories, articles and forums.
You tick tasks off as you go, and the plan shows how many are done.
How does AnswerSeen catch wrong facts?
Tell AnswerSeen the facts that matter, such as prices, opening hours and address, and every answer that names you is checked against them. When an AI gets one wrong, you see what it said, the correct fact and which AI said it, at the top of your home screen and in your report.
What is in the monthly report?
Once a month you get a report to read or forward, as a web page or a Word file. It shows your score and trend, the competitors named instead, the questions you're winning and losing, your fixes and your plan. Pro reports can carry your own logo.
If you connect Google Analytics and Search Console (optional, read-only), the report also shows visits from AI assistants such as ChatGPT, and how often people search Google for your business name. See the privacy policy for exactly what we read.
What can't AnswerSeen do?
AnswerSeen can't guarantee that AI will name you, because AI engines decide for themselves and change often. It can't change AI answers directly either: it shows you what moves them, and you or your web person make the changes. Results build over months, not days.
