About AnswerSeen

Why we built it

More and more customers ask ChatGPT or read Google's AI answer before they choose a dental clinic, an accountant or an ISO consultant. The AI names a few businesses, and the rest never hear about the customer they lost.

When we looked for a way for a small business to see this, the choices didn't fit. Agencies sell it inside search-marketing (SEO) retainers of about US$300 to US$2,000 a month, often with a 6-month minimum. Global tools show charts, and none of the ones we compared check questions in Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese.

So we built AnswerSeen for small businesses in any country: plain words instead of dashboards, prices from US$29 a month, and questions in the languages your customers use.

Who we are

AnswerSeen is built and run by aisolutions77, registered in Malaysia as 77 AI SOLUTIONS (IP0624861-P). We build AI tools for small and medium businesses, and we run AnswerSeen on our own clients' websites every month, so every fix we suggest is one we have tried ourselves. Write to us at solutions@aisolutions77.com.

How we work

• We show what AI really said. We keep the AI answers behind every number, so we can show you exactly what an AI said and when.
• No promises we can't keep. Nobody can guarantee an AI will name you, so we don't. We show where you stand, and what most often helps.
• Example data is always labelled. If a screen or report on this site isn't real, it says so.
• Plain words. If a fix needs a dictionary, we've written it wrong.
• Your data stays yours. We never sell it or use it for advertising. See the privacy policy.
