AnswerSeen is a service of aisolutions77 (77 AI SOLUTIONS, SSM registration no. IP0624861-P), of [business address], Malaysia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean aisolutions77. We are the data controller for the personal data described here, under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
The short version
- We collect only what we need to run your AI checks, send your reports and bill you.
- We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.
- We send AI engines your business details (website, business name, competitors, questions), not your email or phone number.
- If you connect Google Analytics or Search Console, we only read the numbers, only to show them in your reports, and you can disconnect at any time.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing solutions@aisolutions77.com.
1. What we collect
When you ask for a free AI check
- Your website, business name and email address (required).
- The town or area you serve, the languages your customers use, and your WhatsApp number (if you choose to give them).
- Your consent, and whether you want tips by email.
- The internet address (IP) your form was sent from, and the country Cloudflare reads from it. We keep these with your request to stop repeated free checks, which cost us AI calls.
When you share your experience
- Your name, company, what you write, your rating and your email (so we can reply).
- Your choice: shown on this website with your name, without your name, or not shown at all. You can change it any time by emailing us.
When you become a customer
- What you type into the welcome form after paying: your plan, business, website, country, name, email, WhatsApp number, who updates your website, your Google Business Profile link, your customers' questions and your business facts.
- Your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and the business details on your invoices.
- Payment records: amounts, dates and the payment reference or proof you send us. We don't collect or store card numbers.
- Your business details: website, brand names, competitors, the questions we track, and any facts you give us (for example prices or opening hours).
- What we produce for you: AI answers, scores, reports and draft pages.
If you connect Google
Google Analytics and Search Console numbers for your website. See section 3.
When you contact us or visit this website
- The emails or WhatsApp messages you send us.
- What you send through the contact form: your name, email, website (if you give it), the topic and your message, and the country Cloudflare reads from your connection.
- Basic visit information, such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate location. See section 11.
2. Why we use it
- To run your AI checks and send you your reports.
- To provide your plan, including drafts, plans and support.
- To invoice you and keep accounting records.
- To contact you about your checks, your account and changes to the service.
- To send you tips and offers, only if you agreed. You can stop these at any time with the unsubscribe link, or by telling us.
- To keep the service secure, prevent misuse (for example repeated free checks), and meet our legal obligations.
- To improve AnswerSeen, using combined figures that don't identify you.
Giving us your details is voluntary. Without the required ones, we can't run your check or provide the service.
3. Google user data
Connecting Google is optional. If you connect, you approve read-only access on Google's own screen, for these two permissions only:
| Permission | What we read | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics (read only) analytics.readonly | Visits and key events on your website, by source, for the GA4 property you give us | To show how many visits and enquiries come from AI assistants such as ChatGPT |
| Search Console (read only) webmasters.readonly | Search queries, impressions and clicks for your website's domain | To show how often people search Google for your business name, a sign of AI recommendations |
- How we use it: only to show these numbers to you, in your reports and in AnswerSeen. We use it for nothing else.
- Who sees it: you, and the aisolutions77 staff who prepare your report. When you connect Google, you agree that our staff may see these numbers for that purpose only. No one else does.
- Never sold, never used or transferred for advertising, never sent to AI engines, and never used to train AI models.
- Sharing: we don't transfer it to anyone, except where needed to provide the feature you asked for, to keep the service secure, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. In that last case, this policy will continue to apply.
- Storage: we keep the access permission (a "refresh token") from Google on our own systems, and never in a report or on a web page. We fetch the numbers when we make your report, and they stay in that report.
- How long: the permission is kept until you disconnect or leave. Reports are kept as set out in section 7.
- Disconnecting: remove AnswerSeen at any time from your Google Account's third-party access page, or ask us. We delete the stored permission within 30 days, and earlier Google numbers within 30 days if you ask.
AnswerSeen's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. What AI engines receive
To check what AI says about your business, we send AI engines the questions customers ask, together with your website address, business name and competitors. To write drafts, we also send the facts you gave us. This is information about your business. We don't send your email address, phone number or payment details. If your business name is your own name, as it often is for solopreneurs, the engines receive that name.
We use the AI providers' paid business services (APIs). Under their terms for those services, they don't use what we send to train their models. [Before launch: confirm the Gemini API key is on a paid, billing-enabled plan. On Google's free tier, inputs may be used to improve Google's products.]
5. Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers that help us run AnswerSeen, and only what each one needs:
| Provider | What for | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting this website and its forms, forwarding email | Visit information; what you type into our forms; emails sent to us |
| Email, spreadsheets, the Gemini AI engine, YouTube results | Emails and form entries; business details for AI checks | |
| OpenAI | The ChatGPT AI engine | Business details for AI checks and drafts |
| Perplexity, Anthropic | The Perplexity and Claude AI engines | Business details for AI checks |
| SerpApi | Reading Google AI Overviews, AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot answers | The questions we check |
| Airwallex | Invoices and payments | Your name and business details, the amounts you pay, and payment details |
We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. We don't sell personal data.
6. Where data is stored
Form entries are stored by Cloudflare in the Asia-Pacific region. Our other providers store and process data outside Malaysia, mainly in the United States. We use only providers that protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA, and we transfer data abroad as the PDPA allows.
7. How long we keep it
- Free AI check requests (if you don't become a customer): 12 months, so we can apply the one-check-per-website rule. Then we delete them.
- Experiences you share: until you ask us to remove them.
- Customer data: while you're a customer. After you leave, we delete it within 90 days, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Invoices and payment records: 7 years, as Malaysian tax law requires.
- Google permission: until you disconnect, or within 30 days after you leave.
- Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe.
8. How we protect it
Access is limited to the people who need it. Our systems use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and keys and passwords are kept out of our code and reports. Our providers are bound by their own security commitments. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable practical steps, as the PDPA's security principle requires.
9. Your rights
Under the PDPA, you can:
- See the personal data we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Correct data that is wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- Withdraw your consent. We then stop processing, though we may not be able to keep providing the service.
- Stop marketing at any time.
- Ask us to send your data to another provider, where that's technically possible.
- Complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner (Jabatan Perlindungan Data Peribadi) if you're unhappy with how we handle your data.
Email solutions@aisolutions77.com. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we reply within the time the PDPA allows (generally 21 days).
10. If something goes wrong
If a data breach affects your personal data, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner, and tell you where the law requires it, as quickly as the law requires. We'll also tell you what happened and what we're doing about it.
11. Cookies and this website
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. It uses cookies and shares visit information with Google. [Keep only if Google Analytics is added to the site.] Our host, Cloudflare, also processes basic technical information to deliver the site and keep it secure. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works.
AnswerSeen isn't meant for people under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters for customers, we'll email you before it takes effect.
Questions or requests: solutions@aisolutions77.com, or write to aisolutions77, [business address], Malaysia.
13. Customers in Singapore and the Philippines
[Draft for the lawyer to review.] If you are in Singapore, Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 also applies to how we handle your personal data. If you are in the Philippines, the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 also applies. You have the rights those laws give you, including asking to see and correct your personal data. Contact us about them at solutions@aisolutions77.com.
[Lawyer: confirm whether we need a named data protection officer for Singapore, a registration or notice for the Philippines' National Privacy Commission, and any breach-notice timelines to state here.]
