How does being named by AI turn into sales?

A buyer asks an AI assistant best aesthetic clinic in Penang and gets two or three names, not ten links. They message one of those names on WhatsApp the same day. The business that was named makes the sale. The one that wasn't gets no visit, no click, nothing in its analytics.

This is already how a quarter of shoppers in Southeast Asia look for what to buy, and when Google shows an AI summary, clicks on normal results drop by about half. Every question where AI names a competitor instead of you is an enquiry you are not getting this month, and you can't see it from inside your business.

What do we do for you each month?

Each month we run your full Pro check, up to 150 questions across 7 AI engines, pick the 3 fixes most likely to move your score, and do them ourselves: we write and publish the page, correct your facts on Google and the directories, and draft your review replies. You approve, and you see the count change.

Week 1, check and call. We ask your questions, see who AI named instead of you and for which questions, and agree the 3 fixes on a 30-minute call.
Week 2, drafts for your approval. Pages in English, Bahasa Malaysia or 中文, listing corrections and review replies. You approve within 2 working days or tell us what to change. Nothing is published that you haven't read.
Week 3, we publish. On your website with the access you give us, or as files to your web person. We update your Google Business Profile and directories and post the replies.
Week 4, we re-ask. The same questions, to the same engines, so you see what moved in your report.

Everything in Pro is included for 1 business and up to 10 competitors: wrong-facts alerts, the 90-day plan, and the monthly report with your logo. When an AI gets your price or hours wrong, we fix the source.

What results can you expect, and when?

Expect the first change after 2 to 3 months and steadier results after 4 to 6. AI engines re-read pages on their own schedule and rarely answer the same way twice, so one month proves little. Three months is 9 fixes, enough to show a trend you can judge against the count you started with.

That is why Done-for-you is billed 3 months at a time: US$2,397 every 3 months, which is US$799 a month. We would rather turn away a one-month trial than send you a number that means nothing. After the first 3 months you can cancel any time, and the plan runs to the end of the 3 months you've paid for.

Nobody can guarantee that AI will name you, because each engine decides for itself and changes its sources often. What we commit to is the work: 3 fixes done and published every month, and the count that shows whether they moved anything.

What do we need from you before we start?

We need six things before the first fix goes live: a way to publish on your website, manager access to your Google Business Profile, your facts sheet, the questions your customers ask, one person who can approve drafts within 2 working days, and your logo and photos. The welcome form after payment collects all six.

How is this different from an agency retainer?

An agency retainer in Malaysia or Singapore costs about US$300 to US$2,000 a month, usually with a 6-month minimum, and reports rank and traffic. Done-for-you costs US$799 a month with a 3-month minimum, and reports one number an owner can act on: how many AI answers named you this month, and who was named instead.
