How do credits work?
One credit is one question asked once to every engine on your plan. A monthly check asks each question 5 times, so each uses 5 credits a month. Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot are asked once. A Write it for me draft uses 1 credit. Page audits, reports, the 90-day plan and YouTube tracking use none.
Plan credits reset each month, and unused credits don't carry over. Top-up credits last 3 months.
How do I pay?
You pay ahead, in US dollars, through the payment link on our invoice. The link takes card, bank transfer and local e-wallets, so it works from any country. Your checks start as soon as payment arrives, and we email the next invoice before each month or year ends.
Your bank or card provider may charge its own fee for paying in US dollars.
Questions about money
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel a monthly plan any time; it runs to the end of the month you've paid for. Cancelling a yearly plan stops it from renewing, and it runs to the end of the year you've paid for. We don't refund unused months.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
On yearly you pay for 10 months and get 12. It's for Growth and Pro only, and your credits still arrive every month.
Do unused credits carry over?
Plan credits don't; they reset each month. Top-up credits last 3 months.
What does early pricing mean?
Prices may change while AnswerSeen is new. If the price of your plan changes, we tell you at least 30 days before, and the new price starts from your next billing period.
